Voto is a group polling app that stores data on remote servers to enable real-time shared experiences. This section fully describes what we collect, why, and your rights.
⚠️ Important: Unlike our other apps, Voto stores poll content and account data on Firebase servers — not solely on your device. Please read this section carefully.

We do NOT collect: real email addresses (Apple hides these), location, contacts, browsing history, health data, or financial information. We never sell your data to third parties. No advertising. No profiling.
Voto uses Sign In With Apple. Apple provides us an anonymized user identifier — we never receive your real Apple ID email unless you explicitly choose to share it. Apple manages your credentials; we never store your password.

Voto administrators can view poll content stored in our database for safety and abuse prevention purposes. We may review content when a poll is reported, when automated systems flag potentially harmful content, or when required by law. Content violating our Terms of Service will be removed. For illegal content involving minors, we will report to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate fully with law enforcement.

Voto is intended for users 13 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Contact us immediately if you believe a child under 13 has an account.
