Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Voto: Live Polls and related services operated by Allen Rogers / Webeuseful. By using Voto you agree to these Terms.

1. Who Can Use Voto

You must be at least 13 years old
Ages 13–17 require parental consent
You must not be prohibited from using the service under applicable law

2. Your Account

Voto uses Sign In With Apple. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

✅ You CAN use Voto to:

Create polls for personal decisions, group activities, work planning
Share polls with friends, family, or colleagues
Collect anonymous feedback or group preferences
Plan events, outings, meals, and team activities

🚫 You CANNOT use Voto to:

Post illegal content of any kind
Share child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — reported to NCMEC and law enforcement
Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate any person
Create polls targeting individuals for humiliation or abuse
Coordinate illegal activities or criminal conduct
Share hateful, discriminatory, or violence-promoting content
Violate intellectual property rights of others
Impersonate others or spread deliberate misinformation
Attempt to hack, scrape, or abuse our systems

4. Content You Create

You own your content. By creating polls you grant us a limited license to store and display that content solely to operate the Service. You are solely responsible for all content you create.

5. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict content that violates these Terms, has been reported by users, poses a safety risk, or that we are required to remove by law. Voto administrators may view poll content for safety and moderation purposes as disclosed in our Privacy Policy.

6. Reporting Harmful Content

Use the Report Poll button in the app or email allen.webeuseful@gmail.com. For illegal content involving minors we will report to NCMEC and cooperate fully with law enforcement.

7. Data & Deletion

Polls are automatically deleted per the schedule in our Privacy Policy. You can delete polls anytime in-app. To delete your account and all data, use Profile → Delete Account or contact us directly.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Voto is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Service will be error-free or continuously available.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Allen Rogers / Webeuseful is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of Voto. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months (for a free app, $0).

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States.

11. Apple App Store

Your use of Voto is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service. Apple is not a party to these Terms.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes via in-app notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
